Return and Refund Policy
At Nuryadi Fitness, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to customers in Indonesia and international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from Nuryadi Fitness. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided only after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be new and unused.
- The item must not be installed, assembled, modified, or show any signs of wear.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, documentation, and included components must be returned with the product.
- The item must pass inspection and remain in resellable condition.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals, or included components
- Products that show signs of use, installation, damage, or modification
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this return window will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Step 2: Receive Approval and Instructions
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, the correct return address, and shipping guidance based on your location and the item being returned.
Step 3: Prepare and Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging and return it using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment, especially for large or high-value fitness equipment.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Nuryadi Fitness Responsibility
Return shipping will be covered by Nuryadi Fitness only if the return is caused by one of the following:
- An incorrect item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
In these cases, a prepaid return label may be provided where applicable.
Customer Responsibility
For all other return reasons, including change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or the item is no longer needed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers may use their own courier service or request a downloadable PDF return label when available. If a return label is provided by Nuryadi Fitness for a non-defective return, the label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Label Fees and Restocking Fee
Typical return label fees for non-defective returns may range from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on destination, package size, and courier rates.
For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may also be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Domestic Returns in Indonesia
For returns within Indonesia, customers must use a trackable courier service such as JNE, J&T, or SiCepat unless otherwise instructed by Nuryadi Fitness.
Return labels are generally not provided for domestic returns unless the return is due to a confirmed Nuryadi Fitness error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Reshipping Fee
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, a reshipping fee may apply before the order can be shipped again. The applicable reshipping cost will be communicated to the customer based on the destination, package size, and shipping method.
Refund Process and Timeline
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected before a refund decision is finalized.
- Inspection time: Up to 5 business days after the item is received
- Refund method: Original payment method used for the order
- Refund processing time: Within 5 business days after return approval
Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Non-Refundable Charges
Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a confirmed defect, original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are also non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. To help us review your claim quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped, processed for dispatch, or specially prepared for the customer.
