At Nuryadi Fitness, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return and refund process. Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on nuryadifitness.com.

This policy applies to eligible orders shipped within Indonesia and to selected international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany.

Return Authorization Requirement

All returns must be requested and approved in advance by Nuryadi Fitness. Please do not return any item without prior authorization.

Return instructions, the applicable return address, and shipping guidance will be provided only after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return requests submitted after 30 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be new and unused.
  • The item must not be installed, assembled, modified, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, documentation, hardware, parts, and included components must be returned with the product.
  • The item must pass inspection after it is received.
  • The item must remain in resellable condition unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item shipped by Nuryadi Fitness.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Items returned without prior return authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • Items with missing original packaging
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, or included components
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, or final-sale products where clearly stated on the product page
  • Items that fail inspection after being returned

Exchanges

We do not accept product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, you may place a new order after your eligible return has been reviewed and processed according to this policy.

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and contact information
  • The product name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete

Step 2: Return Review

Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information, photos, videos, packaging images, or product details before approving or rejecting the return request.

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, the correct return address, and shipping guidance based on your location and the item being returned.

Step 4: Ship the Return

The item must be securely repackaged in its original packaging and returned using a trackable shipping service. For large or high-value fitness equipment, we strongly recommend using insured shipping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged safely. Nuryadi Fitness is not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return Shipping Covered by Nuryadi Fitness

Nuryadi Fitness will cover return shipping only when the return is caused by one of the following approved reasons:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return label, arrange return shipping, or provide return shipping instructions where applicable. The return must still be approved before the item is shipped back.

Return Shipping Paid by the Customer

For all other approved return reasons, including change of mind, incorrect item ordered by the customer, or the item is no longer needed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers may use their own trackable courier service. If Nuryadi Fitness provides a downloadable return label for a non-defective return, the return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Label Fees

For non-defective returns, return label fees may vary depending on destination, product size, package weight, courier rates, and return location.

If a return label is provided by Nuryadi Fitness for a non-defective return, the label cost will be clearly communicated before the return is completed and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee

For approved non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and return processing costs.

The restocking fee does not apply when the return is due to an incorrect item shipped by Nuryadi Fitness, an item that arrived damaged, or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos or videos showing the damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing part

We will review the issue and provide next steps. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement part, repair guidance, return approval, refund, or another solution according to the product condition and applicable policy.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected before a refund decision is finalized.

  • Inspection time: Up to 5 business days after the returned item is received
  • Refund approval: After the item passes inspection and the return is confirmed eligible
  • Refund method: Original payment method used for the order
  • Refund processing time: Within 5 business days after return approval

After we issue the refund, your bank, credit card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless the return is due to our error, an item that arrived damaged, or a confirmed manufacturing defect, the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Original outbound shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Destination-country clearance fees
  • Other third-party fees charged by carriers, customs authorities, banks, PayPal, or payment providers

Domestic Returns within Indonesia

For returns within Indonesia, customers must use a trackable courier service such as JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, or another reliable courier unless otherwise instructed by Nuryadi Fitness.

Return labels are generally not provided for domestic non-defective returns. If the return is caused by an incorrect item shipped by Nuryadi Fitness, an item that arrived damaged, or a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide return instructions after the request is approved.

International Returns

International returns must be approved before shipment. Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided by Nuryadi Fitness.

For non-defective international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs documentation, export or import requirements, and any applicable return-related fees.

Nuryadi Fitness is not responsible for international return delays caused by customs inspection, incomplete documentation, unpaid duties or taxes, courier restrictions, or incorrect return shipping information provided by the customer.

Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, unpaid customs charges, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping, return, storage, customs, or reshipping charges may apply.

If the customer requests reshipment, the applicable reshipping cost will be communicated before the order is shipped again.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped, processed for dispatch, specially prepared, or ordered from a supplier for fulfillment.

If the order has already been shipped or prepared for dispatch, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case, the return process may apply after delivery, subject to this policy.

Product Inspection

Returned items are inspected after arrival. A return may be rejected or a refund may be reduced if the item is used, installed, assembled, modified, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, missing components, or not returned in the approved condition.

If a returned item is rejected after inspection, we will contact the customer with available options, which may include returning the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
