Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees, shipping options, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where applicable. For international orders, a flat international shipping rate of USD 90.00 applies, unless free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders above USD 500.00. Domestic orders within Indonesia may qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier operations, freight handling, remote delivery areas, weather, public holidays, destination-country procedures, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Orders may be shipped from Indonesia or from an approved supplier or fulfillment partner depending on product availability, destination, package size, shipping method, and operational requirements. Nuryadi Fitness remains responsible for customer communication, order support, tracking assistance, return guidance, and after-sales support for orders placed through nuryadifitness.com.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other destination-country charges.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority or applicable carrier and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout or in writing.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules and providing any information required by customs or the courier to complete delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, and returned in original packaging, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item shipped by Nuryadi Fitness.

Exchanges are not accepted. Approved non-defective returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items is covered by Nuryadi Fitness after the return request is approved.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped, processed for dispatch, specially prepared, or ordered from a supplier for fulfillment.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, brand, model, supplier, manufacturer policy, intended use, customer location, and service availability.
