Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Indonesia and selected international destinations. International shipping availability may depend on the product, destination address, package size, shipping carrier availability, customs rules, and local import requirements.

Our primary international market focus includes the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Shipping availability may vary depending on product availability, destination eligibility, carrier limitations, and applicable import regulations.
What currency is used on the website?
All prices displayed on nuryadifitness.com are shown in United States Dollar (USD) unless otherwise stated.
If your card, bank account, or PayPal account uses a currency other than USD, your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or PayPal may convert the final amount using its own exchange rate. Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees are determined by your payment provider and are not controlled by Nuryadi Fitness.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Nuryadi Fitness does not ask customers to send full card details, PayPal login information, banking passwords, or one-time verification codes by email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, or contact form.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our products, select the item you want, add it to your cart, review your cart, enter your billing and shipping information, review shipping charges and the final order total, then complete payment through checkout.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7 / Western Indonesia Time)
- Handling time: 1 to 2 business days
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance, remote-area access, product type, package size, weather, public holidays, and other shipping-related factors.
- International orders: Estimated transit time is 7 to 14 business days.
- Total estimated international delivery time: 8 to 16 business days, including handling time.
- Domestic orders within Indonesia: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- International orders: A flat international shipping rate of USD 90.00 applies.
- Free shipping: Automatically applied to eligible orders above USD 500.00.
- Domestic orders within Indonesia: Free standard shipping is available for eligible domestic orders.
The final shipping cost shown at checkout will apply to your order.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are processed by Nuryadi Fitness. Depending on product availability, destination, package size, shipping method, and operational requirements, orders may be shipped from Indonesia or from an approved supplier or fulfillment partner.
Regardless of the shipping origin, Nuryadi Fitness remains responsible for customer communication, order support, tracking assistance, return guidance, and after-sales support for orders placed through nuryadifitness.com.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after shipment confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
No, unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout or in writing. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other destination-country charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority or applicable carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Please do not return any item without prior authorization from Nuryadi Fitness.
What condition must returned products be in?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, documentation, hardware, parts, and included components.
Returned items must pass inspection after they are received.
Do you accept exchanges?
No. We do not accept product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, you may place a new order after your eligible return has been reviewed and processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Are there products that cannot be returned?
Yes. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, installed, assembled, modified, damaged by the customer, returned without original packaging, returned with missing parts or accessories, returned after the return window, or returned without prior authorization.
Custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, or final-sale products may also be non-returnable where clearly stated on the product page.
Who pays for return shipping?
Nuryadi Fitness covers return shipping only when the return is caused by an incorrect item shipped by us, an item that arrived damaged, or a confirmed manufacturing defect after the return request is approved.
For other approved return reasons, including change of mind, incorrect item ordered by the customer, or the item is no longer needed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. For approved non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee does not apply when the return is due to an incorrect item shipped by Nuryadi Fitness, an item that arrived damaged, or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After the returned item is received, it will be inspected. Inspection may take up to 5 business days after the returned item is received. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after return approval.
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped, processed for dispatch, specially prepared, or ordered from a supplier for fulfillment.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?
Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the product, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the shipping label, and photos or videos showing the damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing part.
Do your products include a warranty?
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, brand, model, supplier, manufacturer policy, intended use, customer location, and service availability.
Some products may include warranty coverage provided by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or applicable service provider. Warranty availability, coverage period, claim process, service terms, and exclusions may differ from one product to another.
