Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7 / Western Indonesia Time)
- Handling time: 1 to 2 business days
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, the order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, remote-area access, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Origin and Fulfillment
Orders may be shipped from Indonesia or through an applicable fulfillment point, depending on product availability, destination, shipping method, and operational requirements. The shipping method and delivery estimate shown at checkout, or otherwise confirmed during order processing, will apply to the order.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Customers can review the applicable shipping fee before placing an order.
International Orders
- Flat International Shipping Rate: USD 90.00
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders above USD 500.00
The final shipping cost shown at checkout will apply.
Domestic Orders (Indonesia)
Free standard shipping is available across Indonesia. Our domestic courier partners may include JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and other reliable regional couriers. The courier used for a specific order may vary depending on destination, package size, and service availability.

- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
A shipment may be returned, delayed, or held if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the customer refuses delivery, the package is not collected, the courier cannot complete delivery, or the destination-country customs process is not completed by the recipient.
In such cases, additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again. The applicable cost will be communicated to the customer based on the destination, package size, shipping method, and courier requirements.
Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage where applicable. We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
