How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Handling time: 1 to 2 business days
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance, remote-area access, product type, and other shipping-related factors.
International orders: Estimated transit time is 7 to 14 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of 8 to 16 business days including order processing.
Domestic orders in Indonesia: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
International orders: A flat international shipping rate of USD 90.00 applies.
Free shipping: Automatically applied for orders above USD 500.00.
Domestic orders in Indonesia: Free standard shipping is available across Indonesia.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us at [email protected].
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
No, unless explicitly stated otherwise. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage charges, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product?
Yes, eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and returned with all included accessories and documentation.
Are there products that cannot be returned?
Yes. We do not accept returns for items that are used, installed, assembled, modified, missing original packaging or components, or made-to-order / special-order products.
Who pays for return shipping?
Nuryadi Fitness covers return shipping only when the return is caused by an incorrect item, a damaged delivery, or a confirmed manufacturing defect. For other return reasons, such as change of mind or an incorrectly ordered item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped, processed for dispatch, or specially prepared for the customer. For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
